Robert R. Korljan, CPA/PFS
Robert Korljan (pronounced “corian”) is CEO, Founder and President of Cambridge Wealth Management, Inc. a federally registered investment advisory firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, and has been serving his clients as their “personal chief financial officer” for well over a decade. A sought-after public speaker and teacher, he has led more than 200 workshops on diverse financial topics including tax planning, cash flow management, investing, insurance planning, estate planning, and prudent investment choices. Formerly, a tax partner in the St. Louis office of a national CPA firm, he moved back to his native Phoenix in 1992 to focus on comprehensive wealth building: investment, tax, and estate planning strategies for his clients.
Mr. Korljan co-hosted KFNN radio show “Wealth Strategies,” KPXQ “Backpack Radio,” and served as adjunct professor at Phoenix College.
Mr. Korljan is board certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants with the specialty designation Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS) and is a Registered Investment Advisor. He received a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary.
Mr. Korljan’s investment philosophy is derived from his studies of Modern Portfolio Theory, focusing on building individual client portfolios that maximize profits per unit of investment risk. By utilizing institutional quality asset class based equity and fixed income funds, he is able to implement proven investment strategies that are not usually accessible to individual investors.
Mr. Korljan is an expert in helping his clients in a very personal way. Whatever they need, he does it. He has been an expert witness, an executor of wills, helped clients choose a nursing home, advised family members on issues with their children. He is the trusted advisor for many of his clients on their most detailed personal and financial problems. He keeps in touch with all of them regularly, and goes above and beyond what most financial planners would do.
Mr. Korljan is married to Ginger Korljan with seven children, four of whom now have families of their own. He is very involved in ministry at Roosevelt Community Church in Downtown Phoenix and serves as a mentor to young men and their families.
